Privacy policy

This policy explains what information VectoRender collects, why, and what you can do about it. VectoRender is operated by Hamza, Pakistan.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Plan and billing status: your plan, credits and whether payments went through. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy. Card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store them.
- Your files: the HTML or SVG files, audio and CSV files you upload, and the files we render for you.
- Usage: which tools you use, render settings, errors and basic device information, so we can fix problems and improve the service.
- Sign-in history: when you sign in, we keep your IP address and browser to protect your account.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or email.
How we use it
- To render your files and show them in your history.
- To run your account, credits and billing.
- To answer your messages and send important service emails.
- To keep the service secure and stop abuse. We may check renders automatically to keep the service safe. If a render breaks our rules, we may keep a copy as evidence.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use your files to train AI models.
How long we keep it
- Rendered files: 24 hours on Free, 3 days on Starter, 7 days on Pro and 15 days on Business, then deleted.
- Uploaded files: deleted as soon as the render is done, unless a render is blocked for breaking our rules.
- Account details: while your account is open. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
- Backups: deleted data can stay in our backups for up to 14 days, then it is gone.
Who helps us
We use trusted providers to run the service: hosting and file storage, login and database, email, and Lemon Squeezy for payments. They only get the information they need to do their job.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your settings. We may use simple analytics to understand how the site is used.
Your choices
- You can download or delete your renders from your dashboard.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your account information by writing to support@vectorender.com.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account menu (Delete account). This permanently removes your account, credits, renders and history. If you have a subscription, we cancel it at the same time, so you aren't charged again.
- Lemon Squeezy keeps its own records of your payments, such as orders and receipts, as tax law requires. We can't delete those records. To ask Lemon Squeezy about your payment data, contact them directly under their privacy policy.
Changes
We may update this policy. If the changes are important, we will show a notice on the site.
